  • 冷干机与吸干机的区别在哪里

冷干机、吸干机,一字之差,有可能是天壤之别。俗话说“差之毫厘,谬以千里”。在购买的时候请注意两者(冷干机与吸干机)的区别。
1、没有压缩空气消耗:大部分用户对压缩空气露点要求并不是很高,如使用冷干机可比使用吸干机来得节省能源;
2、无阀件磨损:吸干机有切换阀的问题,虽然冷干机中也有阀件,但是基本无磨损问题;
3、不需要定期添加、更换吸附剂;
4、运转噪音低:吸干机有吸附塔卸压的噪声,在空压房里,一般听不到冷干机的运行噪声;
5、日常维护比较简单,只要按时清洗自动排水器滤网即可;
6、对气源的前置处理要求不高,一般的油水分离器即可满足冷干机对进气质量的要求;
    与吸附式干燥机相比,经冷干机处理后的压缩空气“压力露点”只能达到0℃以上,因此气体的干燥深度远不及吸干机。
    按吸附剂再生方式来分类:吸附式干燥机有两种;
    主要可分为无热再生吸附式干燥机和有热再生吸附式干燥机两种。
    由于无热吸附式干燥机是按等温吸附工作,又称“变压吸附”;有热吸附式干燥机是按等压吸附工作,又称“变温吸附”。在实际使用中还有一种叫微热式干燥机,从形式上看,微热式再生干燥机也是对再生气体进行加温,但是由于它使用的再生气体是来自本身的含水量很低的干燥空气,因此它也是属于“变压吸附”干燥机。

The difference between a cold dryer and a suction dryer may be very different. As the saying goes, "a tiny difference is a thousand miles away.". Please pay attention to the difference between the two (cold dryer and suction dryer) when purchasing.
1. There is no consumption of compressed air: most users do not have high requirements for the dew point of compressed air, for example, the use of cold dryer can save energy than the use of suction dryer;
2. No valve wear: the suction dryer has the problem of switch valve, although there are valve parts in the cold dryer, but there is basically no wear problem;
3. There is no need to add or replace adsorbent regularly;
4. Low operating noise: the suction dryer has the noise of pressure relief of the adsorption tower, and the operating noise of the cold dryer is generally not heard in the air compressor room;
5. Routine maintenance is relatively simple, as long as the automatic drainage filter screen can be cleaned on time;
6. Generally, the oil-water separator can meet the air quality requirements of the cold dryer;
Compared with the adsorption dryer, the "pressure dew point" of the compressed air treated by the cold dryer can only reach above 0 ℃, so the drying depth of the gas is far less than that of the suction dryer.
According to the regeneration way of adsorbent, there are two kinds of adsorption dryer;
It can be divided into two types: non thermal regeneration adsorption dryer and thermal regeneration adsorption dryer.
Because the non thermal adsorption dryer works according to isothermal adsorption, also known as "pressure swing adsorption"; the thermal adsorption dryer works according to isobaric adsorption, also known as "temperature swing adsorption". In practice, there is also a kind of micro thermal dryer. In form, micro thermal regenerative dryer also heats up the regeneration gas. However, because the regeneration gas it uses comes from the dry air with low water content, it is also a "pressure swing adsorption" dryer.
